789pub Frequently Asked Questions

Creating a 789pub account takes about two minutes. Visit 789pub.cam on any browser, click the registration button, and fill in your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a secure password. You'll receive a one-time PIN to verify your mobile number. Once confirmed, your account is active and you can make your first deposit right away. Remember, you must be 21 years of age or older to register.

789pub accepts all major Philippine government-issued photo IDs for KYC verification. These include your Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. The document must show your full name, date of birth, and a clear photo. Upload a well-lit, unobstructed image — blurry or partially cropped submissions will require resubmission, which delays your first withdrawal.

If you can't log in to 789pub, first check that your username and password are entered correctly — passwords are case-sensitive. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the reset steps sent to your registered mobile number or email. If your account has been locked after multiple failed attempts, contact our 24/7 live chat and a support agent will verify your identity and restore access.

No — 789pub strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different details, is a serious violation of our Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts are closed immediately and all balances forfeited. If you believe a duplicate was created in error, contact support to investigate before any action is taken.

Minor details like your email address and display preferences can be updated directly in Account Settings. Changes to core identity information — full name, date of birth, or registered mobile number — require a support request and identity re-verification, since these details are tied to your KYC record. Contact our live chat team with your request and your verified ID, and the team will process the update within 24 to 48 hours.

The minimum deposit on 789pub is ₱100 PHP for most payment methods, including GCash and PayMaya. Some bank transfer options (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may have a slightly higher minimum due to bank-imposed transfer limits. There is no maximum deposit cap on the platform itself, though your GCash wallet or bank account may have its own daily transfer limits. Check your GCash app for your current send limit.

For accounts that have completed KYC verification, GCash withdrawals from 789pub are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. During peak periods or system maintenance windows, processing can take up to two hours. Withdrawals submitted after midnight Philippine time may be processed the following morning. Your GCash wallet balance will update as soon as the transfer clears on our end.

789pub does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals from your account balance. However, third-party payment providers — such as GCash, PayMaya, or your bank — may apply their own transfer fees depending on your account type and the amount transferred. For example, some GCash transactions between different e-wallet providers may carry a small service fee imposed by GCash itself, not by 789pub. Always check your payment app for applicable charges.

789pub requires that withdrawal funds are directed to a payment account registered in your own name — the same identity on file with your 789pub KYC record. You are not required to withdraw to the exact same account used for your deposit, but the receiving account must be owned by you. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited as part of our anti-money laundering compliance. You can update your registered payment details through Account Settings subject to verification.

A pending withdrawal on 789pub is usually caused by one of three things: your KYC verification is incomplete (common for first-time withdrawals), there are active bonus funds with unsatisfied wagering requirements attached to your balance, or our security team has flagged the transaction for routine review. Log in to your account and check the Withdrawal tab for a status message. If you need help resolving the hold quickly, contact live chat — our team can tell you exactly what's needed.

Cryptocurrency transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. USDT deposits typically reflect within 10 to 30 minutes depending on network congestion. All cryptocurrency transactions are subject to the same KYC verification requirements as peso transactions. The minimum USDT deposit is equivalent to approximately ₱500 PHP.

789pub offers a full range of online casino and specialty games. The lineup includes JILI slots, classic video slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), PP Live casino games, Bingo, God Fish Slicing, sports betting across PBA, NBA, UFC, and boxing, plus other table games and arcade-style titles. The game library is regularly updated with new releases from leading Asian and international game providers.

Yes — all JILI slot games available on 789pub use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for statistical randomness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for JILI titles typically range from 96% to 97.5% depending on the specific game, which is competitive with international standards. RTP represents the theoretical long-term return — individual sessions will vary. You can view the paytable and RTP information within each game before wagering.

Absolutely — 789pub is fully optimised for mobile browsers and does not require any app download. Simply open 789pub.cam on Chrome, Safari, or any modern browser on your Android or iPhone. All games, including live dealer tables and slots, load directly in your browser. The mobile interface is designed for touch controls and performs well on standard Philippine mobile data connections (4G/LTE). A stable connection is recommended for live casino games.

God Fish Slicing is an arcade-style fishing game where players use virtual cannons to catch different sea creatures, each carrying different payout values. You select your bet level and cannon power, then aim and fire at targets swimming across the screen. Larger or rarer creatures award higher payouts. It's one of the most popular game formats in the Philippine and Southeast Asian online gaming market, combining skill-like interaction with RNG-determined outcomes.

Yes — 789pub offers sports betting markets on PBA (Philippine Basketball Association) games during active seasons, alongside NBA, FIBA tournaments, UFC, boxing, and other international leagues. You can bet on match winner, point spreads, over/under totals, and various prop markets depending on the event. Live in-play betting is also available for selected PBA games, allowing you to wager on events as they unfold in real time.

789pub's welcome bonus for new players is a deposit match offer credited to your account on your first qualifying deposit. The specific percentage match and maximum bonus amount are displayed on the Promotions page and may vary based on current campaigns. The welcome bonus applies to eligible games including slots, live casino, and selected table games. All new players must be 21+ and have completed basic registration before claiming. Visit the Promotions section after logging in to see the current active offer.

Wagering requirements specify how many times you need to wager your bonus funds before they can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before a withdrawal is processed. Progress is tracked in your account under "Active Bonuses." Different games contribute at different rates — slots typically count 100%, while live baccarat may count less. Always check the specific terms of each bonus before claiming.

Yes — 789pub runs free spins promotions on selected JILI and other slot titles as part of welcome packages, reload offers, and special event campaigns. Free spins are credited to specific games and are valid for a set number of days from the time of credit. Winnings from free spins are awarded as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements. Check the Promotions page regularly, as free spin offers are updated frequently and sometimes target specific games or player segments.

789pub's loyalty program rewards players based on their ongoing wagering activity. As you accumulate play, you progress through loyalty tiers that unlock progressively better benefits — including higher cashback rates, faster withdrawal priority, dedicated account support, exclusive bonus offers, and special event invitations. Points are earned on eligible real-money wagers and can be converted to bonus credits. Your current tier and points balance are visible in your account dashboard under "Loyalty Status."

Yes — if you have an active bonus you no longer wish to complete, you can forfeit it through Account Settings under "Active Bonuses." Forfeiting a bonus removes both the bonus balance and any associated wagering requirement, restoring your real-money balance to a freely withdrawable state. Note that any winnings generated using forfeited bonus funds are also removed. If you're unsure whether to forfeit, contact live chat first — an agent can explain the impact on your specific account balance.

789pub operates in alignment with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) responsible gaming standards, which govern online gambling platforms serving Filipino players. The platform uses certified RNG technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories, enforces KYC identity verification, implements anti-money laundering procedures, and maintains a dedicated responsible gaming program. Player funds are handled separately from operational funds as a standard protection measure for all account holders.

The minimum age to register and play on 789pub is 21 years old — consistent with Philippine gaming regulations. This requirement is non-negotiable. Age is verified through the KYC process before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 are permanently closed immediately and all balances forfeited. If you believe an underage person has registered, please contact us immediately so we can take action.

789pub offers both temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days) and permanent self-exclusion (minimum 5 years). Cooling-off periods can be activated directly in Account Settings under "Responsible Gaming." For full self-exclusion, contact our 24/7 live chat support team — a trained agent will verify your identity and process the exclusion immediately. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment account. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration selected.

Yes — deposit limits are available to all 789pub players at no cost and can be configured in Account Settings under "Responsible Gaming." You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Philippine pesos. Once a limit is active, deposits exceeding the cap are automatically declined. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions during a losing session. We strongly encourage all players to set limits before they start playing.

Several professional resources are available in the Philippines for problem gambling support. PAGCOR operates a Responsible Gaming Program with counselling referral services — visit pagcor.ph for details. The National Centre for Mental Health (NCMH) in Mandaluyong provides mental health services including behavioural health counselling; their crisis hotline number is 1553. 789pub's own support team is available 24/7 and can help you activate self-exclusion tools immediately. You are never alone in this — reaching out is always the right move.
