1. Acceptance of Terms

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, reporting to relevant authorities, and civil or criminal legal action where applicable.

789pub's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits 789pub's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

12. Account Termination and Suspension

789pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, bonus abuse, or any conduct that 789pub determines to be harmful to the Platform or its players.

Upon termination for a verified breach of these Terms, all account balances may be forfeited. Where termination occurs without cause on 789pub's initiative, any genuine real-money balance (exclusive of bonus funds not yet released) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting 789pub customer support. Voluntary closure does not entitle you to a refund of any bonus-related funds that have not satisfied their wagering requirements.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
